Raffle Quilt Booth Information

We will have a limited number of raffle quilt booths.  Last year's guilds had extremely good sales.  These booths are basically free.  Booth space may be in the main hall or in the entry hall.  However, there are a few strings attached. 

We ask that your guild donate 25 tickets that we can use for door prizes.

We ask that you help us publicize by announcing the QNAE at your meetings, and publishing the event in your newsletter, on your website, and by email to your members. 

We expect your quilt to be staffed at all times, for both show days.   

Due to the size of the crowd, you may not set up or take down during show hours.
