The QNAE is this Friday and Saturday.  Mark you calendars. Schedule some vacation time.
Call your quilting and knitting friends.  Admission is only $5.00.  Please bring correct change.
Please help us by posting this postcard on your FB or other social media pages.
Hello Everyone,
We had a big big time last week at the Myrtle Beach Quilt Party.  Mardell pulled off another great quilting event.  Everyone in our classes worked hard and had good results to show.  I’ll show pictures next week.  Tired?? You bet.  Everyone remarked how tired they were after 3 days of sewing. But it was a good tired.  The kind that makes you want to go home and start a new project.
Just so you know that I am feeling my age – My AARP card and my Medicare card were in the mail this week.  Please be patient and kind with me at the show this weekend.
This newsletter is all about The Quilting and Needle Art Extravaganza show in Statesville, NC, which is this Friday and Saturday.  We just got back from doing the “walk through”.  All the booths are ready.  Pipe and drape is up and tables are in place.  Vendors move in tomorrow.  Enclosed is a list of our vendors, and news about the door prizes.  I hope you are ready for a Big Quilter’s Day Out.  Plan to come early and stay all day.  Parking is free and we’ll have food in the lobby from 220 Cafe.  Dorcas Troyer and her fabulous baked goods will be there too.
For those of you that have never attended, it’s a vendor show.  Lots of shops showing off what they do.  We decided a long time ago that we had better sales if we worked together rather than working against each other.  We want to keep “brick and mortar” stores open.  Your support is what keeps us going.
Not sure how you feel about crowds?  Keep in mind, the show is less crowded in the afternoon than it is in the mornings.  It’s also less crowded on Saturday than on Friday.  If you are there in the afternoon, that’s when we give away the sewing machines.  Who doesn’t need another sewing machine?

Donkey News

This has been a hard day to be a donkey.  Lady Mary is worried how her hair looks in this photo.

Mr. Carson takes it all in stride.
He says “Go to The Quilting and Needle Art Extravaganza.  We need more carrots around here.”

Call Cindy – 704-376-2531 if you would like to order anything.
As most of you know, we are not a brick and mortar shop.  We are just a studio.

Statesville and Mocksville, NC.
Our address is 186 Page Farm Road, Cleveland, NC  27013.
We are not anywhere close to Cleveland, NC, even though that is our mailing address.
