Hello Quilters,
We had a great time at Myrtle Beach Quilt Party even if it was COLD!  We made warm quilts!

Hello Everyone,
Two events down and one to go.  Thanks again for all the support you gave us in Sanford.  We had a great time at Myrtle Beach Quilt Party, even if it was COLD and icy.  We were warm and cozy with our sewing machines.  Cindy taught Jack’s Chain.  Here are her class pictures from “Show and Tell”.  They got a lot done.

Cindy will be teaching Jack’s Chain here, on Friday, Feb. 25 or Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022.  Class fee is $38 plus template and pattern.  ($27.95)  Start making your 9 patches to prepare.

I taught the house quilt, My Kinda Town.  My class worked hard and did some really creative houses.

I’ll be teaching My Kinda Town here, on Friday, March 25, and Saturday, March 26, 2022.  Class fee is $38 plus pattern.  ($32)
We teach at Cool Spring UMC, 1902 Mocksville Hwy., Cleveland, NC.If you are interested, call Cindy to sign up.  704-376-2531.  More info to follow.

The Quilting and Needle Art Extravaganza
in Statesville, NC

We can be safe and shop at the same time.  We will follow all the local guidelines.  Just like the NC guidelines, while it is not mandated, we recommend that you wear a mask while indoors.  I realize people have strong feelings about that.  I don’t want any confrontation about this.  The bottom line is, vendors need this opportunity to do their business.  We lost about 30% of our vendors during the last shutdown. Many won’t survive another shutdown. We encourage you to be as safe as you can.  If you are worried about crowds, it won’t be as crowded this year as usual. In addition, Saturday is never as crowded as Friday and afternoons are practically empty compared to mornings. Also, afternoons are when we give away the big door prizes.

Here’s some good news – Everyone is getting $1 off admission. $5 entry for everyone.  Just come.  You don’t have to print off anything for your discount.  Please have correct change available.

Please help us by posting this postcard on your Facebook page and sharing it with your friends.

Coming up in March

Charleston Quilt Show – March 11 and 12, 2022.
Raleigh Quilt Show – March 18 and 19, 2022.

Call us if you need directions.  We are located off I-40 between Statesville and Mocksville, NC. Our address is 186 Page Farm Road, Cleveland, NC  27013. We are not anywhere close to Cleveland, NC, even though that is our mailing address.

While my mom and Aunt Cindy were warm and cozy at the beach, I was stuck here in Cool Spring with Wilbur.  Don’t worry about me.  I had a warm barn, the kids across the street come over and fed me and Wilbur everyday, and Uncle Eddie brought us 2 new bales of hay.  Please go to the Quilting Extravaganza this weekend in Statesville.  I don’t know what that is, but my Mom says it’s really good, so there must be carrots involved!!

Call Cindy – 704-376-2531 if you would like to order anything or make an appointment to shop.
