Lots of Quilt shows in March

There are 3 really nice quilt shows scheduled for March. Cobblestone Quilters Guild in Charleston, SC will hold its show “Southern Comforts” at the Gaillard Auditorium on Calhoun St. on March 2 and 3, 2012.  10 am – 6 pm. New French General has arrived.

New French General, Rouenneries Deux, has arrived.  This is always a popular fabric group from Moda.  Very traditional in feel.  The prints are actual reprints of old French fabrics from the 18th century.  Nice old pinky reds, pinky beiges and taupe.  They look just like the fabrics that you see in European flea markets.  $10.95 per yard.  If... [Read more of this review]
